First Choice offers all our clients a free venue finding service. We are able to achieve this by receiving a small commission from the venues booked.
Does this mean you will pay more?
Locating the venue - You may have an idea of the type of venue you would like but may not know where to start. Or waste valuable time only to find your preferred date is unavailable - back to the drawing board. First Choice will undertake this task for you and save your time and resources.
Collating the information - We negotiate the rates, reserve the space, collate the brochures and present all the options to you in a clear and informative format.
Detailed confirmations - We will produce a detailed confirmation for both you and the venue.
Liase all the details - We take the pressure and the time consuming arrangements away from you by liasing all your final details with the venue such as rooming lists, equipment requirements, wines and menu selection.
Will you be restricted to certain venues? First Choice is a completely independent company. We are therefore unbiased when it comes to suggesting suitable venues and work with all the major hotel groups, independent hotels and various unique properties.
How long will it take for First Choice to respond to your enquiry?
Our consultants will respond to your accommodation enquiry within one hour. Our conference consultants will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.
Will you be able to inspect the recommended venues?
Brochures will be sent to you in the first instance and should you wish to view any of the recommended venues our consultants will arrange the appointments for you and attend if required.
