Appreciation week antics
Here at FCCE HQ we focus one week every year to call and say thank you to all of our fantastic clients for the business you place with us and the relationships we are building. This year, appreciation week falls on the 3rd-7th July and is jam-packed with phone calls to clients, raising money for great charities and dressing up in crazy attire.
Today we all dressed as our favourite Superhero’s; firstly because it’s always fun for our clients to have a Monday laugh at us and secondly, we hope we can save the day with your next event enquiry! There was a surge of aspiring Clark Kent’s and Batwomen – we do take fancy dress seriously!
The excitement however continues; each account manager will endeavour to contact all of their clients throughout the week to say hello and express their gratitude for getting to know us, like us and trust us.
Thursday is also a highlight of the week as we are taking part in Winston’s Wish’ ‘Great British Brekkie’ campaign. The charity does fantastic work supporting bereaved children and their office (a few doors away from us) works tirelessly to ensure their fundraising campaigns are marketed in such a way that everyone can get involved. Our team will all be bringing in a different breakfast item between 9.00-10.00am to enjoy a team breakfast and we will all donate money for this privilege.
We would also love this week to be about helping the wider community and have invited our clients to be a Superhero too. We are running a ‘power of art’ campaign whereby we are asking clients to create a piece of art that best describes First Choice Conference & Events and for every entry we will donate £6.00 to Christian Aid to help children and young people in Guatemala and create a culture of peace in poor communities rocked by violence.
