Jas, Magdalen, and Polly recently worked with a client onsite at the ICC, the objective of the event was to launch a new fitness plan within the UK. The event was for one day with presentations from directors and inspiring coaches to educate and communicate new products and services to fellow coaches. The morning was made up of inspiring talks, including one from the VIP guest who also offered a photo opportunity for delegates. After lunch, a shake station went live offering a pre-work out energiser before the whole venue was transformed for the workout session. The event took place in the ICC Birmingham which Jas sourced through the venue find in the planning phase of this event.
The ICC Birmingham was a perfect match as a lot of open space was needed for the workout to take place. The venue was highly accommodating and flexible, this was shown in their ability to change the layout from theatre to standing in a half an hour time slot, which was very important to the organiser.
The event schedule was strict and was all planned via Zoom conference calls between Jas, Magdalen, Polly and the client to organise each aspect of the day. The day started with setting up all aspects of the event including a shakeology station, location for the photo opportunity and constructing all relevant branding. Registration was important as it was vital delegates received the correct coloured wristband for entry which Magdalen managed with her team of volunteers. Meanwhile, Polly managed the VIP delegates ensuring they had access to front row seats and the VIP photo opportunity. Jas was the project manager planning and executing this project from start to finish! The team place high importance on relationships between both the client and venue allowing the process to be stress free, efficient, and highly successful event!
