Back in October Dan & Laura headed to Beaumont Estate in Windsor to manage a Sales Conference for 180 delegates for one of our lovely clients.  Guests were welcomed to the hotel with bacon rolls and delicious pastries to set them up for a full-on day in the Hanover Suite with lots of presentations and guest speakers.  We transformed the Hanover with a with full set, stage and AV being provided by our trusted AV Partners who we have worked with for over 11 years.  After a jammed packed day there was some much needed down time for the delegates with a Gala dinner and entertainment.

We used the stunning Chapel at Beaumont for the Gala dinner, a hidden gem at the property and for many of the delegates they had no idea the space was there, so it was a lovely surprise. The conference delegates were welcomed with arrival drinks and a selfie mirror to capture some brilliant memories of the evening and were then treated to a delicious 3 course dinner. After dinner the party really kicked in with the amazing Mad Hen Party Band, we have worked with Mad Hen many times over recent years and they never fail to disappoint, the dance floor was full all evening and everyone had a brilliant time.

The next morning, on possibly the warmest day in October (yes we can even arrange the sunshine for you ?) with a few fragile heads the group headed out in to the grounds of Beaumont for a bit of competitive team building, with again one of our trusted and long standing activity partners. Out of Office Olympics were the activities for the day including: The Beaujolais run, dart football, crazy coconuts and a few other competitive and hugely entertaining (for participants and spectators) activities. It is safe to say the group had a brilliant morning and with lots of water and refreshments provided it certainly cured a few ‘headaches’ that some delegates started with.
