AV (audio visual) equipment
Standard venue equipment is perfectly fine for the smaller meetings, but if you’ve got 50+ people to present you, we’d recommend upgrading to the bigger stuff. We’d be delighted to give you a bespoke quote from our in-house AV team for your screen, sound and lighting (our crew are super lovely!)
Need to jazz up your event with aerial acrobats, a vodka luge, a selfie mirror or an electric string quarter? Let us know and we’ll get you the best prices.
menu and tables plans
Seating the CEO by the fire escape? We think not! Let us assist you with pre-planning and choosing your menu. Any sizeable event involving food will require a menu tasting which we can arrange on your behalf (it’s the most fun part of pre-event planning!) Don’t forget you need to select options for all dietary requirements – from gluten free to Kosher. A delegate served bad food can have serious impact on your event feedback!
hand outs and printed material
Get your packs to the venue at least 48 hours prior to the event and allow this window of time for any contingencies. Always order more than you need…just in case! The same applies to any corporate gifts or registration materials.
Get this to the venue at least 1 week prior to the event. Let us help you check (and double-check) it. Don’t forget to assign upgrades to your VIPS.
Check all timings at least 48 hours prior to event and ensure all the details are correct. Are the syndicate rooms allocated correctly? Is dinner served at the right time?
