On the 1st October 2023, First Choice Conference & Events became a brand under the Brief2Event umbrella. Bringing together our award-winning teams to offer an established, strong, and trusted service combining our excellent reputations, within the corporate hospitality market.
Our combined companies will have a reach of £13 million global event spend. We will benefit from increased scale which will enable stronger negotiations within the industry, further enhancing our clients’ experience.
No change to your service
It’s very much business as usual for our clients. You can expect a proactive, innovative, and hands on support from us in delivering your events.
We will continue to operate under our First Choice Conference & Events brand. Your Event Consultant will remain the same, and we will continue to provide the same level of support and service for your event bookings. We are excited to introduce you to some new products including Online Delegate Accommodation Booking, Bespoke Client Event Portals and Event Apps.
A note from Penny
‘Having started First Choice Conference & Events in December 1993 as a key player, I bought the Company in June 1995. At the time, we were trading at £1 million per annum and over the last 28 years I have built the business to £5 million in event spend, concentrating on strong relationships with clients and creating a dedicated team of industry specialists. Having won several awards over the years, including M&IT Gold for Best Intermediary Agency (under 40 employees) five times, and the Beam Agent of the Year three times for ‘Small Agent’, this demonstrates the fantastic customer care and high delivery of service that we have achieved.
I am passionate about the industry and am actively involved in promoting best practice, setting high standards, and developing a winning team. My new director role in the business will focus on human resources and talent management as well as strategically supporting the board of directors and management team to grow the business.’
